Santa keeps coming to KillaJoule – a package of sponsored bearings from NSK arrived today! 😀
These bearings are going in the 300+ MPH new land speed wheels that are being machined by Larson Engineering in Boulder right now.
The bearings from NSK are not any old bearings – they are sealed high speed bearings. More important than anything else at Bonneville is to keep the salt out of the bearings. The salt will quickly destroy the bearings and the consequences can be disastrous. The NSK bearings combine high quality and high speed with corrosion resistance. Can it get any better?
