I am in heaven! And I think ElectroCat feels the same. I have done the first legal test ride on U.S. soil! 
The license plate is still only a piece of paper, but I am allowed to drive ElectroCat on the road! Thanks to John at Gallagher Transport I just got the last customs document. I also have to get an inspection at the State Patrol Police to verify the identity (!) of the motorcycle. When I have done that, I will be able to get the real license plate. Yihooooooooo! Rocky Mountain will never be the same again. 
ElectroCat ran even better than it did before I shipped it from Sweden. The batteries are brand new and I have tuned the throttle response which made the bike behave much better. Even if the max power is modest (about 20 kW), the bottom torque is so high that it needs to be tamed.
