A small, but very enthusiastic, EV parade drove through Denver on Saturday.
The parade and following exhibition and speeches were organized by Progressive Democrats of Colorado. It is always very difficult to attract people to events like this; the competition is hard, especially a sunny Saturday morning. Anyway, ElectroCat, some small electric cars and a handful plug-in Priuses drove with police escort through Denver and created some attention. About 30 people showed up for the speeches and small exhibition and I gave a much appreciated speech about the most common EV myths. Three school children and their teacher came just to meet me and see ElectroCat, and I got so sign postcards like a rock star. It was great fun.
